Due to licensing regulations and corporate agreements, placement of residents may be limited due to age, sex, county of origin and presenting problems or behaviors.  Behavior that is deemed as a threat to the other residents of Stepping Stone, Inc. and/or the program’s activities shall be documented with the referral information.  All referrals that are denied, shall have written documentation including the reason why admission was denied.  This information shall be made available to the Department of Health and Human Resources and to all other agencies as required.
