     All open positions shall be advertised by internal posting or newspaper prior to the screening of applications.  Each position posted will require a resume and three letters of reference (two professional and one personal).  After completed resumes with three letters of reference are received and screened, the Director or Assistant Director will interview applicants meeting the qualifications of the position.
